WIAW - Nothing to report

The title says it all. I'm currently in my bedroom at my grandparents house in the Sunshine Coast. The weather is beautiful but a bit chilly and I am waiting for the new episode of Pretty Little Liars to load. The only thing new I can report about is that I am now addicted to yet ANOTHER TV show - this time, Smash. I love musicals - I'm cheesy, what can I say? And a cute Irish guy with beautiful curls who served me the most amazing yoghurt today told me I had beautiful hair. I could barely reply. He was Irish, you can't blame me.

The theme of WIAW for the month of June is healthy snacking - which is great, because now that I am on break and at home all the time I could use examples of how to snack healthily - I'm not the best at it. I tend to eat when bored or watching something - so rather frequently.

With that in mind here are my eats from Monday. Yes a lot of brownie was consumed. But it was delicious.

As usual, a HUGE thanks to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting this marvelous party.

Breakfast was the ever delicious oats which look nothing like the picture. It was oats, topped with honey. That can't be beat.

I snacked on brownie batter and then some brownies themselves once they were cooked. What can I say - I make good brownies.

Lunch was salmon and brown rice. Simple but just what I needed after the insane amount of chocolate I consumed.

After my run, which was stupid given the temperature and crazy wind, I was starving, so I had a bowl of Weetbix - only three Weetbix this time - it's like a miracle. This went unpictured, because, well, Weetbix is ugly.

Dinner was pasta cabonara - recipe already on the site. Simple, easy and beautiful on cold Autumn evenings.

Dessert, because I didn't really have a lot for dinner, was greek yoghurt, topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries and crumbled brownie. World's best combination.

Now I'm off to check out your WIAW posts. Have a lovely week everyone!
