WIAW - My Birthday

My computer is still not working properly - I can get about ten minutes of use if I'm lucky, so I'm just popping in quickly to say Happy Wednesday. This post has taken me six tries to write it - the computer keeps crashing. When this is posted I will probably be somewhere high in the air - because today I get to go home.

Today is actual double the greatness for me, because not only am I going home to see my family, but it's also my birthday. I can't believe it's been two years since I graduated high school and turned 17. I can't believe I'm 19. It's just so odd - time really does fly.

Also there was a really special solar eclipse today in my hometown/area and I missed it because my flight doesn't get in until this afternoon and the eclipse was early morning. What luck!

Anyway, enough about me - hope you are all having a fabulous week and I cannot wait to check out your WIAW posts tomorrow. But for now, here is mine. These are my eats from yesterday, when I spent the day cleaning and running errands and preparing to come home.

(And, as usual, a huge thanks goes to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting this)

Breakfast: English muffin with peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and banana. I love this meal so much. (Recycled picture)

Snack (after I spent the morning cleaning): Chocolate PB2 on rye cruskits

Lunch (after running errands and packing): Leftover mushroom, zucchini, spinach and chicken pasta. It was such a small bowl. With an unpictured WW tin of fruit.

Snack (after a long workout - I was so sore yesterday from an awesome workout on Monday so I didn't do as much as intended, but it still worked): Chobani Strawberry Magical Breakfast Cream with the last of my gluten free muesli and leftover blueberries on top.

Dinner (after watching a lot of Doctor Who): more pasta, this time tomato, zucchini, mushroom pasta. Unpictured.

Dessert: some choc covered blueberries and dried apricots. Unpictured.

What can I say - I had to use up a lot of leftover food, which meant a lot of random meals.

Anyway, I'm off to hop on a plane. Hope you all have a lovely week!
